Payment of Registration fees (in USD) can be made as follows:

• Through Bank Transfer (details upon request)
• Please ensure that the name of the participant is stated on the transaction draft

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be electronically mailed. We accordingly rebate your payment as follows:

• Notification in writing 90 days prior to the event: full refund less $79 administration fee
• Notification in writing 45 days prior to the event: 50% refund
• Notification less than 45 days prior to the event: no refund
